Booking Policy

If spots are full, there is an overflow lot across the street from our building up closer to the traffic light — it is a public parking lot!) After 6pm and on the weekends you can park in any available spots next to our building & use the black metal stairs during these hours for entrance.
BOOKING / DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION:
Booking & Deposit Policy:A deposit is due via credit card, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal at time of booking to guarantee your session is on the calendar.
For sessions 2 hours or less, the session must be paid in full at time of booking. If the session is 3 hours or more, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking.
Final payment of remaining balance is due at the start time of your scheduled session. You are responsible to pay for the full amount of hours scheduled, and not just for the hours you use. If you have extra time leftover at the end of your session, it’s a great opportunity to begin something new!
Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hour notice for a full refund of your deposit or to reschedule without losing your deposit. Identification Policy:
Identification must be shown at the beginning of each session when making a payment via credit card. Hard Drive / Session Transfer Policy:
We strongly advise clients to bring a Hard Drive/USB with them to backup their session during their allotted/scheduled time. If you prefer your Engineer send you files via email, you may request they do so during your session. If the Client requests that stems or session files be emailed to them outside of their scheduled session time, they will incur a transfer fee for the time it takes to prepare and send the files (typically 1 hour).
