STUDIO POLICIES
RECORDING SESSION BOOKING:
Recording sessions with an engineer are $65/hr. We have a minimum booking requirement of 2 hours, and maximum of 10 hours (in one day).
*NOTE: You are charged for the time you are booked, not the time you use. You should have additional material to utilize during your time if you finish your project early. Time does not carry over to your next session.
RECORDING BLOCK RATES:
We currently have block rates available for 5 hour and 10 hour blocks:
Five Hours: $300
Ten Hours: $500
The block hours do not need to be booked in the same session, but do need to be booked at the time of purchase.
BEAT / INSTRUMENTAL PRODUCTION SESSIONS:
Exclusive Beat Sessions are $300. Similar to what you see for Agreements on sites like BeatStars and AirBit, all instrumentals and beat productions are subject to an Exclusive Beat Agreement where the Producer is assigned publishing percentages and a Producer Royalty in exchange for copyright assignment and transfer.

PAYMENT POLICY:
We require payment in full to lock in your session. We accept payments via Debit/Credit Card, CashApp, and Venmo. For alternate payment types, please contact us at (888) 973-6839.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or repurpose of your payment. For cancellations or reschedule requests within 24-48 hour notice, we can refund or repurpose 50% of your payment. For cancellation or reschedule requests with less than 24 hours notice, your payment is non-refundable.
*For the avoidance of doubt, sessions booked within 24 hours are immediately non-refundable.
GUEST POLICY:
To make sure you and your engineer are able to fully maximize your studio time, we ask that you have no more than 3 guests and/or features at your session. If you are a band, we ask that there are no more than 2 additional guests outside your band members.
SESSION FILE TRANSFERS:
We highly recommend bringing a hard drive or flash drive to backup your files on. The files must be backed up within your booked time. We can also WeTransfer you the files within your booked time if you do not have a hard drive or flash drive. Please let your engineer know if you want your files backed up or transferred at the start of your session so they can leave enough time for this to happen in your booked time. If you request a session file transfer outside of your booked time, there is a $15 fee to WeTransfer you the files.
STEM BOUNCING:
The bouncing out of individual stems requires time from the engineer, and thus requires a session to be booked. For most sessions, the fee for this will be one hour ($75), but can be more for larger sessions. We will consult with your engineer to get you an accurate quote for stem bouncing at the time of the request.
